Hey y’all! We’re Shawn and Ryann, the husband-and-wife team behind B&B Land Improvements LLC & Yes, we work together and somehow still like each other at the end of the day 😄
Born and raised right in Levy County, the surrounding Tri-County area will always be home to us! Serving our neighbors means everything!
Shawn recently retired after 20 years in the United States Marine Corps🇺🇸where he gained extensive experience in heavy equipment operation and project management. He brings that same dedication, precision, and strong work ethic to every job we take on. Plus let’s be honest, he’s happiest when he’s in a piece of heavy equipment. 😆 🚜
I’m Ryann, and my background has always been centered around people. With experience in business development, community management, & education, I currently manage the day-to-day side of our business while also teaching middle school full time! Building relationships and helping our community grow is something I truly love. Just know I’m running on Jesus & caffeine most days! 🙏☕️🙌
Together, we’re raising our blended family of 6 amazing children, and life keeps us busy with school activities, sports, cheer, and all the things that come with raising a big family. When we’re not working or cheering our kids on from the sidelines, we’re pouring our hearts into growing our family homestead mini farm-because apparently six kids wasn’t enough, so we added farm chores too 🐓🐐🦃
Our faith is at the center of everything we do, and we feel truly blessed for the opportunities God has given our family. We strive to run our business with integrity, honesty, hard work, and service to others, values that guide both our home and our work.
