We’ve been staying extremely busy the last couple of weeks and I wanted to share some of the work we’ve been knocking out.

A lot of our recent projects have been turn-key work where we’re able to come in and take care of multiple things instead of the customer having to call several different contractors. We’ve been doing painting, backsplashes and tile work, flooring, drywall repairs and finishing, cabinet painting, plumbing work, punch-list items, repairs and getting properties completely finished and ready to go.

That’s one of the biggest things we want people to know about Leos Quality Construction. You don’t always have to hire five different people to get one property finished. If you have a list of things that need done, send it to us and there’s a good chance we can take care of the majority of it.

We’re starting to have some openings coming up and we’re looking to add a few more projects to the schedule around Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas.

We take on everything from smaller repairs and punch lists to full remodels, painting, drywall, flooring, tile, backsplashes, bathrooms, walk-in showers, decks, carpentry, plumbing work and other general construction projects.

We are fully insured, carry workers’ compensation and stand behind our work with a 1-year workmanship warranty. We work hard to give our customers quality work at a competitive price and build relationships that keep them calling us back for the next project.

Another floor transformation completed by Leos Quality Construction!

This home in Noel, Missouri was built in 1938, and when we first walked in, one side of the living room had a noticeable dip from years of settling. We knew that before installing new flooring, the structural issue underneath needed to be fixed the right way.

Our crew went into the crawlspace and installed new house jacks and concrete support blocks to reinforce the floor system and help stop any further settling. Once the structure was properly supported, we applied self-leveler throughout the room to create a solid, level surface for the new flooring.

We then installed beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring and finished everything off with new quarter round for a clean, finished appearance.

This project wasn't just about making the room look better—it was about making sure the floor underneath was supported correctly so the homeowner can enjoy it for years to come.

We're incredibly thankful for the opportunity to work on this home and are so happy our customer loves the final result.

This project included a full exterior refresh featuring deck restoration and staining, railing refinishing, exterior trim and accent painting, front entry upgrades, shutters, and detailed finish work to bring this home back to life.

The deck was cleaned, prepped, and refinished to highlight the natural beauty of the wood while providing protection from the Arkansas weather. The railings, trim, shutters, and entry features were updated with a rich contrasting color scheme that gave the home a clean, modern appearance while maintaining its original character.

This project also required obtaining a Bella Vista business permit and ensuring all work complied with local requirements so the homeowner could have peace of mind throughout the process.
