⚒️ Another beautiful boat dock project is officially in the books!

We completely rebuilt the dock using composite decking and pressure-treated framing. The existing posts were still solid, so we reused them, removed all of the old rotted cedar decking, and redesigned the layout to make the dock stronger, more functional, and better than ever.

Sometimes a “simple toilet replacement” turns into much more once the toilet is removed.

On this job, we discovered a severely damaged cast iron fl**ge that had to be replaced the right way—not patched. We cut out the damaged cast iron, installed new PVC piping, connected it back to the existing stack with a no-hub coupling, installed a new PVC fl**ge at the proper height, and reinforced the floor with new wood support that was glued and screwed together for maximum strength.
To finish the repair, we used mortar around the pipe and beneath the fl**ge to bridge the gap between the subfloor and tile, creating a solid foundation for the new toilet.

This is the difference between a quick fix and a repair that’s built to last. We take pride in doing every job the right way, even when it’s more work than expected.
