🏆 A project we’re proud to have supported is earning industry recognition!

Previously featured on our blog, Cleveland’s Irishtown Bend Stabilization Project is now featured in the September/October issue of Deep Foundations magazine as DFI’s 2026 Outstanding Project Award winner.

Working alongside Richard Goettle, Inc., Williams Form Engineering supplied high-capacity strand anchors, custom components, and specialized stressing equipment to help tackle the demanding riverbank stabilization work. Close engineering collaboration helped improve constructability for installation from barges along the Cuyahoga River.

Congratulations to Goettle and the entire project team on this well-deserved recognition!

🔩 What makes post-tensioning so effective in demanding concrete structures?

By introducing controlled compressive force into concrete, post-tensioning helps engineers **increase structural capacity, control cracking, achieve longer spans, and improve long-term performance**.

From bridges and structural retrofits to foundations and high-load connections, Williams Post-Tensioning Systems combine high-strength All-Thread-Bar with engineered anchorage and load-transfer components.

👉 Learn how post-tensioning works, where it’s used, and why engineers specify it:
