☀️🥵 STAY SAFE IN THIS HEAT! 🥵☀️

Folks, it’s going to be a HOT one tomorrow! The heat index is expected to reach around 103° by 10:30 AM. That kind of heat can sneak up on you quickly, especially if you’re working outside.

If you’re going to be out working, make sure you:
💧 Drink plenty of water
🧢 Take breaks in the shade or somewhere cool
☀️ Try to avoid the hottest part of the day when possible
👀 Keep an eye on your family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers
🐶 And don’t forget about your pets!

Take care of yourself and don’t try to tough it out if you start feeling overheated. There’s nothing wrong with slowing down and taking a break!

This is what it’s all about! ❤️🔨

I just wanted to take a minute to share this card I received from some of my clients. Getting something like this means more to me than they probably realize.

When I finish a job, I always want to know that my customers are truly satisfied with the work I’ve done for them. I take a lot of pride in my work, and I do my best to treat every customers home like my own.

Receiving a handwritten note like this, thanking me for taking the time to identify their plumbing issue and get it taken care of quickly, is such an awesome feeling. It’s a reminder that the hard work, long days, and attention to detail are worth it.

Whew! 🥵 Today and tomorrow are going to be VERY, VERY HOT! If you’re going to be working outside, working in the heat, or just spending time outdoors, make sure you’re taking care of yourself.

💧 Drink plenty of water
🧢 Take breaks in the shade
☀️ Try to avoid the hottest part of the day when possible
⚠️ Don’t ignore the signs of heat exhaustion

A few extra minutes to cool down and drink some water can make a big difference. Stay safe, stay cool, and keep that water bottle close! 🙏🇺🇸

A Little Reminder From Couch’s Construction 🦌

White-tailed deer are having their babies this time of year, and those little fawns are starting to appear along our roadsides.

As you’re out traveling, please slow down a little, stay alert, and keep an eye out—especially during the early morning and evening hours. A little extra caution can help protect both these beautiful animals and the people on our roads.
