At B.O.D. Construction, we love a southern exposure!!
The windows we installed will beautifully increase natural light, provide much better passive solar heating in the winter, greatly improve energy efficiency… and of course they look gorgeous!!

Matt Murray of Murray Surveying Inc and Michael Weiher of BOD Construction, Inc. are working together on a detailed site plan design for Stormwater Mitigation and Management on an upcoming construction site.

Impervious surfaces, such as rooftops, asphalt, concrete, and compacted gravel can prevent rainwater from soaking into the soil. This can cause increased stormwater runoff, flooding, and infrastructure problems.

Our highest priority is safety and structural integrity, followed by implementing low impact development.

B.O.D. Construction is running dump trailers to the Beltrami County Demo Landfill today.

Bob and the rest of the crew are hard at it, helping to safely dispose of demolition debris from the demolition or construction of buildings and other manmade structures.

It’s kind of exciting to watch the dozer with heavy-duty steel wheels designed with cleats to shred, tear, and compress waste for maximum density. Unlike standard wheels, their cleat design cuts through refuse to eliminate air pockets, increase compaction, and improve the landfill's airspace.

Using new technology on our job sites has greatly improved our efficiency and productivity. We are always aiming to reduced cost, optimized resources and reduce waste on each of our projects.

Michael and Teddy are navigating a digital print on the job site, to measure and note new distances and dimensions.
