Cool-Temp would like to save everyone some money, this picture is one of the BEST ways we can do that, AND still make sure you have the COOLEST summer ever!! This is a picture of our wonderful TOTAL CARE PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT!! We posted this to inform and present all of our current customers and future customers of the 12 point inspection for both heating and cooling that is done twice every year. Anyone can easily sign up to be on the maintenance list at anytime of the year. We come out two times a year and do the maintenance BUT you only pay ONCE a year!! It is not only very affordable, it is also extremely helpful to possibly detect future costly problems and fix them. You might not be aware of any problems or how to get them fixed at an affordable cost before they turn into a very expensive cost, which hits likely at a very inconvenient time. We want to help you, your family, and your friends get what they deserve for the best price you can find!! Stan Guest, the owner and operator of Cool-Temp A/C & Heating, has been in the HVAC business for 30 years. He started as a Tech Assistant and worked his way up the ladder by learning everything he could about the business. He became HVAC Tech, then Lead Tech, and eventually became the Tech Manager. He decided to start his own company, with word of mouth customers in 2006. He takes pride in his work, is honest, and provides service to his customers that is second to none!

We provide Maintenance Agreements, which provides a 10 point inspection to ensure the operation of your air conditioning for the summer as well as a 10 point heating inspection to ensure operation for the fall and winter months. We provide free quotes for jobs, new construction, remodeling, residential and commercial. We are also available 24/7.
