Your product quality might be world class – but what would your instrumentation records say to an auditor?

Auditors don’t just look at product specs and lab results. They dig into everything behind the control: instruments, calibration schedules, documentation, and how deviations are handled.

AI workloads don’t crash data centers. Hidden restrictions in cooling loops do.

As AI racks push power density higher, even small pressure drops or unnoticed air pockets can choke flow in critical parts of the loop.

In one recent liquid-cooled deployment, everything looked fine at the plant level – good differential across the heat exchangers, stable pump performance. But targeted measurement around the manifolds told a different story: uneven distribution and boundary racks running close to thermal limits.

By adding a few strategic pressure and temperature measurement points and tying them cleanly into the BMS, the operations team was able to:

· Spot under-served racks before alarms fired
· Balance flow across manifolds instead of just increasing pump speed
· Diagnose issues faster when something drifted out of spec

No new chillers. No new pumps. Just better visibility.
