Data Science Society at Berkeley Data Science Society at Berkeley aims to create a community to discuss, to learn and to explore data

Data Science Society is UC Berkeley's first student-run, not-for-profit organization focused on data science and its interdisciplinary applications. Since our founding in 2016, we have united students from a wide range of disciplines behind our shared love for all things data. Our mission is to foster a strong data science community on campus. Each semester, we focus on developing educational learning experiences like our technical workshops and 2-unit university decal course to expand data science education on campus, host professional events for students to connect with industry leaders and grow their network, and conduct analytics consulting projects with top tech companies to help members gain experience and make an impact. We aim to build an inclusive and accessible community where students of all levels and backgrounds can dive into the world of data science.

Thanks to Rakshan, Wayland, Lauren, and Dhruv, we have four incredible new articles to share detailed on the second slide.
