A customer wants that rebar moved inside the wall. Rebar is connected to the rest of the rebar inside that concrete slab in basement. That exposed rebar serves as a ground. We offered two solutions. Either cut, bury and erect new welded rebar inside wall; or get the same results by doing the steps above and torching and hammering original rebar into wall. We will see what option he chooses.
