The devil is in the details... almost all of this rot and decay could've been avoided had the gutters been installed correctly and some proper flashing was installed unfortunately the customer is stuck fixing this because another contractor along the way was either uninformed or to lazy to do the job properly. Should have some finished product photos tomorrow sorry I didn't take any of the replaced subfacia.

Great week up in Absarokee getting all the metal done on this shop house! Just about have this one all wrapped up just 1 more day of buttoning up a few details and doing a good jobsite cleaning then on to the next one! Huge thanks to Bryan Ready and Ready Construction for trusting me to get it knocked out for them!
