12’x12’ CHI Model 3316 with LiftMaster Maxum Door Operator. This door has a thermal break inside which creates a 17.54R insulation value. We installed a roof-line pitched track so horizontal track runs parallel to the roof. Commercial DC Maxum operator with conduit ran for photo-eye/wall control. This unit is very quiet and can move a door up to 12” per second. It is also WiFi compatible and can be operated from an app on the customers phone. It was a fun installation and turned out great. 🇺🇸

CHI Model 5283 in Mahogany. Paired with LiftMaster 87504 Belt-Drive Operators. Doors used a low-headroom style track to allow just enough room to squeak the operators in. They turned out very nice.

CHI Model 4283, long raised panel in gray. Paired with LiftMaster 98022 wall-mounted openers. Openers come with a motion detector on wall-station to automatically turn on a wireless LED light above the door. They also have a batter back-up and Wi-Fi capability. Twin CHI Model 2283 with windows. Paired with LiftMaster 81550 Belt-Drive Operators. Due to less than adequate headroom to install the openers, I offset the torsion spring to allow room for trolley to be mounted level to the openers. They turned out very nice and as always, RVDD warranties all installations for the lifetime of the equipment. Installs also come with one free service within 1 year of installation. 16’x9’ CHI Model 2250. This opening only had 9” of head-room above the top of the opening. A standard door requires at least 12”. We used a low-headroom track to allow the door to be able to open fully without hitting the rafters.

CHI Model 5216 in black with tinted windows. These doors use a thermal break inside which creates a very high insulation rating, 16.4R. Opened by LiftMaster 98022 Wall-Mounted Operators with WiFi-capability and battery back-up. They turned out very nice. As always, RVDD warranties all installations for the lifetime of the equipment. 14x7 Haas Model 2570L. This customer had an accident and the door was damaged beyond repair. Even though the door is a non-standard size (14 feet wide), we were able to get them a brand new door, MADE IN AMERICA, installed in less than a week from the initial call! It turned out great, and as always, RVDD warranties all door/opener installs for the lifetime of the equipment. 🇺🇸
