Job Title: field supervisor/erector welder
Qualifications:
1. Must be proficient in reading prints
2. Must have welding experience 3yrs min
3. Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
4. Experience in iron work is a plus but can be taught
5. Must be able to work 40-60 hrs a week and go out of town as needed rig truck and all tools to be provided.
6. Time and safety are also large factors must be able to be at work on time and conduct themselves on a job site unattended and get the job done with other crew members.
7. Pay will be determined upon experience 18-24$ with a 90 day trial period under 1099, after 90 days an assessment will be made as to moving to W-2 and a raise in pay.
