When I say we are one of the top contractors in the country with a specific home warranty company I'm not embellishing. I have been recognized for the last two years as the top contractors they have in the nation. This is just since the 3rd of August. I could have toggled just 5 star reviews however, I opened it up for the month. I have 148- 5 star reviews on the internal audit done solely by them for the last year to date. To be transparent I have 8-1 star reviews in the last year from people that are upset because they have to pay out of pocket and expected me to lie on their behalf to get things covered. Not what I'm about even if it hurts my review status. I have an average of 4.85 in the last 30 days and 4.72 in the last year.

This is a evaporator coil(commonly referred to as an A-coil). This is what pulls the humidity out of your house(air conditioning). These coils are obstructed by foreign debris due to no filter in the return just an open slot sucking in all the pet hair and dirt inside your home.

This will cause air flow issues and make the system freeze up.

In the Midwest we suggest if you have a one inch filter you change it once a month.
