Check out this project we wrapped up last week down in Palmetto Bluff, in coordination with Watchman Services—your go-to luxury property management company.
We removed and replaced damaged cypress board-and-batten siding and tongue-and-groove porch flooring, precisely matching both the original paint color and product finish. We also took care of moving all porch furniture off and back to its exact original layout. The rot is completely gone, and the home is pristine and ready for its new owners.
As with every job, we hauled away all project debris and kept the work site clean and safe throughout the workday and after hours.

Here we have completed a nice tile detail above an acrylic shower surround. This is a great way to add the feel of a tile shower for a fraction of the cost of a full tile shower. Here is a recently completed shiplap wall treatment with floating shelves and a wall amounted TV. This was a great project, we installed strapping so the clients seam of vertical shiplap could be accomplished. We also mounted the brackets behind the shiplap so security and a beautiful ascetic. The boards were painted before installation with a final coat after installation to ensure no missed areas between the treatment boards.
