We just finished up this 650 square foot 2 bedroom ADU over by the BSU campus. The backyard of this property had become overgrown and burdensome for the homeowner to maintain, so they decided to build a small second home to house students. We were able to finish this build in about 4 months from start to finish and the clients are loving it!

This 671 Square Foot ATTACHED ADU over in Boise on Kootenai St. turned out awesome! Huge thanks to our clients, design team, and trade partners for putting this all together.

Not all ADU's are detached/standalone homes. Sometimes, a property with limited buildable space is a good candidate for attached ADU's/live-in suite additions.

If you're thinking about adding more living space to your property for family or rental income, feel free to reach out for a free estimate.

We've designed, permitted, and built several dozen ADU's across a dozen different jurisdictions in the Treasure Valley. We would love to help you decide if an ADU is a good fit for your property!

Check out this 800 square foot 1 bed/1.5 bath custom ADU we finished up over in Ada County! This project was one of the more challenging builds we tackled this year due to the extensive site work and complex utilities connections. As well as the 2400 square foot shop build we managed for the homeowner! But in the end, it was well worth the effort. This baby turned out great! Huge thanks to all of our phenomenal tradesmen for their everyday efforts and professionalism. And a huge thanks as well to our clients for putting their faith in us to build something so special! Stay tuned for more folks!
