Not all ADU's are detached/standalone homes. Sometimes, a property with limited buildable space is a good candidate for attached ADU's/live-in suite additions.

Check out this 800 square foot 1 bed/1.5 bath custom ADU we finished up over in Ada County! This project was one of the more challenging builds we tackled this year due to the extensive site work and complex utilities connections. As well as the 2400 square foot shop build we managed for the homeowner! But in the end, it was well worth the effort. This baby turned out great! Huge thanks to all of our phenomenal tradesmen for their everyday efforts and professionalism. And a huge thanks as well to our clients for putting their faith in us to build something so special!
