A small bathroom renovation. New flooring and baseboard. Replaced the pump in the waste pump in the basement. The original plumber the client called wanted to charge this poor old lady over $5000 stating he had to replace the whole system. Then there would have been a huge cost for me to reframe and do a whole new floor system for the new style. I did some research and found I could replace the pump for her and cut her costs to le s than half what the other plumber quoted her. She is very happy and we also replaced her kitchen sink and faucet for her.

Some before and after pictures. We removed paneling from living room wall, replaced kitchen cabinets with new backsplash tile. Removed old square lights in the soffit and replaced with new brighter led lights. Removed old flooring, found out there was 4 layers of old flooring that did not come up easily. Then found mold and rotten subfloor and the floor joists were also rotten as well and needed to be fixed with the weight of the new countertop. We also removed the old baseboard heaters and replaced with new ones.

Looking to higher a carpenter, must have experience setting cabinets, flooring, framing,doors and windows and tile experience would be nice. Pay based on experience.
