PLF is excited to announce our own line of intercoolers! These can be purchased with 3rd gen cummins mounts or if you want to fabricate your own mounts without. These are made from Bell intercoolers cores, they are high quality American made cores, .125” thick tanks, and using vanjen ferrules. Fabricated right here in Maryland, these are very efficient and do a great job cooling air intake temps. PLF intercoolers do require deleting your factory a/c condenser or relocating your condenser in between the radiator and intercooler. The tall core will also require cutting your radiator support. Tall core is 4.5”x19”x24” and the short core is 4.5”x12”x24”. For now they will only be available with 3.5” inlet and outlets, in the future there will be a 4” inlet and outlet option. Tall core will be $1650 and short core will be $1350, mounts are $145. It will be another $200 to have intercooler polished if that’s your jam. I still have some work to do to get setup for production so stay tuned and make sure to follow to get updated on when they will be available for purchase!
