Keep our facilities running. This role covers general repairs and maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and building systems.

• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot repair needs
• Perform general repairs like drywall, painting and building fixtures
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Bring strong organization, communication and a commitment to safety

The renovation at Northwest Arkansas National Airport (XNA) has taken flight, and we're proud to see Gordon, Inc.'s Bold Beam Baffles and Beam Sunshades helping to transform the terminal.

Designed to deliver both visual impact, acoustic performance and warmth with wood-look finishes, the baffles create clean architectural lines while beams shade the space at the curtainwall. It's a great example of how thoughtful ceiling and wall solutions can elevate the look and function of high-traffic public spaces.

We're excited to be part of a project that will welcome travelers with a modern, inviting environment for years to come.

We are excited to share some wonderful employee news from Gordon!

After 26 years of dedicated service, Caroline Pierce continues to be an invaluable member of the Gordon team. Throughout her career, she has contributed to many different product teams, demonstrating her versatility, commitment and passion for excellence.

Caroline was born in East Germany, where she lived until she was 8 years old before her family relocated to Bavaria in West Germany At the age of 12, she experienced the fall of the Berlin Wall - a moment that shaped history and her own life.

In June 1999, Caroline met her future husband, Paul, through an online chat room. After months of getting to know one another, they finally met in person in May 2000, and it was love at first sight. Just one month later, Caroline relocated to Bossier City, and in December 2000, she joined the Gordon family.

For many years, Caroline was a permanent resident of the United States. In 2025, she decided it was time to pursue U.S. citizenship. She devoted herself to preparing for the process, studying American history, government and civics before successfully completing both the written and oral citizenship examinations.

Today, we proudly celebrate Caroline on becoming a United States Citizen. Through her dedication, perseverance and commitment, we are honored to have her as a valued member of the Gordon, Inc. team. Congratulations, Caroline, on this incredible achievement!

Our in-house powder coating process uses no heavy metals and 100% reverse osmosis (RO) water, with all discharge meeting waste treatment standards. A reclamation system captures excess powder for reuse, cutting waste and boosting material efficiency.
