Hey All - I don't do this often so please bear with me. My beautiful wife Polly Chin Ahern of 42 years, mother to our wonderful children Chris Ahern, Matt Ahern, Danny and Jillian Ahern, has had diabetes most of her adult life. The diabetes has ravaged her kidneys to the point where she is in kidney failure and needs a kidney transplant; so we are humbly reaching out to see if you or anybody you may know might be interested in donating. As you know, Polly Chin Ahern brightens any room she walks into but this recent diagnosis has put a damper on that.
