Last week, our current President, Mia Keyser, got the honor of representing The Boulder Alt. Protein Project at The Good Food Student Symposium and presenting some of her work as a New Harvest Fellow at The Good Food Conference 2023 in San Francisco!

With The Boulder Alt. Protein Project being one of the original 5 APPs that The Good Food Institute helped establish, it has been truly a blessing to be part of the community that has now expanded to 55+ chapters worldwide.

Thank you so much to The Good Food Institute and The Alt Protein Project (Amy Huang, Asia Sheehab, Hanna Barlow, and Nathan Ahlgrim, Ph.D.) for the opportunity!

And special shout-out to Boulder APP Alumni, Co-founder Benjamin Richardson, PhD and former President Varsha Rao, PhD, for meeting up, continuously supporting Boulder APP, and doing amazing work in the Bay Area Alt. Protein Industry!

We are thrilled to announce the return of The Boulder Alt. Protein Project this Fall!

Join us for our first General Body Meeting on October 3rd (@ 4-5pm MST at JSCBB E125)!

In our first meeting of this semester, join us in reviewing the history of The Boulder Alt. Protein Project, reviewing the landscape of the alt. protein field today, and learning about the exciting partnerships and events that we have in store this school year!
