Another 💧 water service💧 and 💩sewer l😆lateral💩installation in Dunbridge in the books! 6” sdr-35 sewer lateral with a shear proof connector to connect the new lateral to the existing building sewer, which ensures the customer to many years of maintenance free sanitary sewer service. We also installed a 1 inch cts water service with tracer wire for locating ease! Shearproofs are designed with more material and a stainless steel shield to provide a strong rigid connection that will not settle or offset causing debris to get caught up and eventually plug. Tracer wire is a smaller gauge copper wire that is ran with any utility. This allows locators to connect to the wire and send a frequency thru it to locate accurately. This week we teamed up with JKS Excavating, LLC and First Light Paving for some drainage improvements at the Toledo Botanical Gardens. We adjusted 6 catch basins to raise them and installed 3 strings of 6” underdrain tile. JKS Excavating took care of pouring all the concrete aprons then First Light Paving came in to complete the asphalt restoration. Yesterday was a beautiful day for installing some pipe! First sewer tie in outside the booming metropolis of Dunbridge! We abandoned the old septic system and tied this home into public sewer. This one worked out beautifully to utilize all solid joint connections to ensure our customer will not have any issues with offset joints from using flexible couplings! We install clean outs on all our sewer lateral installations as an inspection point and so sewer cleaners could clean or inspect the lateral without dragging their equipment inside, eliminating the possibility of making a mess in your home. Small emergency tile repair in Weston Township Sunday morning. The customer contacted us Saturday night needing a sinkhole along the roadside excavated to determine the cause. We dig down and discovered an 8” tile that had some cracks and holes in it. We cut out the cracked tile and repaired with couplings and new tile. We backfilled with stone and topped the excavation with sand! Give us a call for all your underground utility needs!

Customer gave us a call to excavate some asphalt that settled over a utility trench. We cut and tore out the asphalt, compacted stone as a base, and capped it with 12” of concrete.
