We’re excited to share that ITEEA Executive Director Kelly Dooley, CAE, is representing the association as a partner at the 2026 National Educator Shortage Summit on April 9–10!
This highly interactive event brings together educators, higher education leaders, policymakers, and workforce partners to co-design real solutions to educator shortages—focusing not just on challenges, but on what actually works to build and sustain the educator workforce.
This year’s Summit highlights six key areas, including educator well-being, career growth, leadership, compensation, recognition, and strategic retention—all aimed at ensuring educators feel supported, valued, and able to thrive.
We’re proud to be part of this national conversation and call to collaborative action on behalf of educators and students everywhere.
