Join our dedicated team at GML Coatings, where we are making a difference by restoring crucial infrastructure, one manhole at a time. Currently, we are looking for a skilled and committed:
🔧 Industrial Coatings Applicator / Concrete Finisher – Manhole Rehabilitation
💵 Pay: $18.00 – $40.00/hour (Based on experience)
🕐 Hours: 40–50/week | Full-time
📍 Location: Travel required | Must be willing to work out of town
🔨 Responsibilities:
- Concrete surface preparation and rehabilitation in water/wastewater structures such as manholes and lift stations
- Tasks include sandblasting, concrete finishing, and applying high-performance coatings
- Utilizing hand/power tools, working in confined spaces, and setting up job sites
- Upholding cleanliness, safety, and professionalism throughout
✅ Requirements:
- Preferred certifications in OSHA, Confined Space, First Aid & CPR
- Minimum of 1 year of construction/concrete finishing experience is preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work physically demanding shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, communication skills, and readiness to travel
