Progress over perfection—every day gets us one step closer to another happy homeowner! 💪🏡
Demo was a little more exciting than expected thanks to dirt dauber nests hiding inside the existing walls, but that’s all cleaned up and behind us. We wrapped everything with new Tyvek and are installing new Ply Gem vinyl windows, giving this home a fresh new look while keeping quality and affordability in mind.
Every project has its challenges, but cutting corners has never been our style. We believe in doing the job right, communicating with our clients every step of the way, and treating every home as if it were our own. Looking forward to sharing more progress as this transformation continues!

Work is moving right along, and progress is being made every day!
Today we had an outstanding HVAC crew on-site getting their portion of the project ready. Huge shoutout to Chris Pierce Pierce heating and air and his team Joel and Jason for doing exceptional work. They installed the vents and prepared everything for the A/C installation at the proper stage of the remodel. It’s always a pleasure working alongside true professionals who take pride in their craft. And another shout out to Brad Jones with LTX electric they did the wiring plug installs and lights today and they are true professionals!
We also have the new windows prepped and ready for framing and installation tomorrow. Every step brings this home closer to a complete transformation, and it’s exciting to watch it all come together.

We’re making great progress on this renovation! The popcorn ceilings have been removed, damaged interior wall sections are being repaired with tape, float, and texture, and we’re installing new Ply Gem windows to give this home a fresh, updated look.

We’ve also framed a new non-load-bearing utility room. Once the electricians and plumbers complete their work, we’ll finish everything up and bring it all together.

This renovation is giving this older home a true facelift, and we can’t wait to share the final results. Stay tuned—more before-and-jafter photos are coming soon!

Busy week to come! Got a lot to do and get done my goal is to slow down to speed up.... Quiet time in the morning is always the best way to get guidance from the lord and his plans! Remember God gave all the building instructions to Noah for the ark; but left out one major detail that every ship has, and that was the plans for the helm and rutter! He was the the one that was gonna control and guide it to safety! I'll be doing my best to be the best version I can be this week with him in control! I too often get caught up in the rat race; and forget to give control to the one that is in control! The lord first and the rest will fall into place!!!
