Creekside Welding & Fabrication LLC is expanding its field operations and seeking an experienced Field Foreman to oversee onsite projects. We specialize in process piping of all material types, and equipment repair, structural steel er****on, design-build fabrication, and industrial maintenance. If you are a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and the ability to manage a crew efficiently, we would like to hear from you.

Position: Field Foreman (Welding, Steel Fabrication, PEMB erecting)

Location: Field-based

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation: Hourly + overtime available; pay based on experience

Equipment Provided: Fully rigged welding service truck

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee welding and cutting operations in the field
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Apply critical thinking to solve problems and keep projects moving
• Lead and coordinate a field crew, ensuring everyone is prepared and equipped
• Perform millwright tasks, including equipment installation and alignment
• Execute steel structure fabrication and installation with precision
• Maintain jobsite safety, quality control, and workflow efficiency
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Foreman or lead welder in industrial or structural environments
• Strong background in welding, fabrication, and millwright work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Must be dependable, organized, and capable of working independently
• All welders must be certified (provide documentation)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable work ethic
