All of our crews will have their hands full on this project. We will be demoing each roof sections, installing a GAF pvc roofing membrane in the valleys with a new drain system, installing a hugger system, vinyl back insulation, a McElroy T lock standing seam metal roof panel that we will roll form a radius in each panel to fit the barrel roofs on site, and a straight McElroy T lock roof panels on all the straight pitch roofs.

Our metal crew done a great job on this standing seam metal roof. The 10 story condominium in downtown Monroe, LA is now complete!!!

Only a couple more days and our high rise project downtown Monroe , LA will be complete. Our guys are 10 stories in the air working as if they were only on a 1 story building. All of the detail work on this project shows we have some of the best custom sheet metal installers.

Our metal crew isn’t playing around on this project. 41,600 sq ft of metal trapezoidal roof panel over open purlins installed in 12 days. Only 2 small roofs to go and this project will be complete.
