Hey y'all. Another job well done by me and my guys. That's a good looking floor. For new construction we charge $2.50 a square foot to stain cover and seal. We stain early so call before you hang the sheetrock. 225-776-0518

Let me tell y'all a quick story about this floor. This nice lady had just moved into her house and a pipe burst and flooded her bedrooms. All the laminate wood had to be pulled out and we came in and cleaned up all the paint off the original concrete slab and stained and sealed it. That's a good looking floor and I only charge $3 a square foot to do that
