| We're excited to see progress as concrete footings are poured at this 65,000-square-foot, multi-phase addition and renovation project in Mascoutah, IL.

The project consists of a new media center and entrance, a 2-story academic wing dedicated to Career and Technical Education (CTE) and vocational programs, new band and choir facilities, expanded student services, a renovated cafeteria and commons area, a new athletics lobby, and a separate athletic storage building.

We look forward to bringing these new spaces to life for students, staff, and the community!

| Our team at Nevada Logistics Center has completed another major milestone on the 164,358 SF, 90 tilt-up panel warehouse for IDI Logistics in Charlotte, North Carolina. Site teams are currently wrapping up the final exterior finishes, with final site cleaning to follow.

This spec warehouse facility includes several upgraded features, including mechanical dock levelers, dock seals, and dock lights at all dock door openings. The building was also constructed in accordance with LEED standards, reflecting IDI Logistics’ commitment to sustainability and long-term operational efficiency.
