Job Title:
HVAC Technician / Installer

We are a professional heating and air conditioning company dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality service to our customers. We value hard work, accountability, and professionalism, and we are looking for team member who takes pride in their work and represent our company with integrity. Might be willing to train the right individual.

Position Summary:
The HVAC Technician / Installer is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems. This position requires strong work ethic, punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units
- Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Follow all safety guidelines and company standards
- Complete assigned jobs efficiently and correctly the first time

Work Expectations & Requirements:
- Punctuality is mandatory – employees must arrive on time and ready to work each day
- Cell phone use is strictly limited. You are here to work, not talk to your baby mammas!
– phones are not to be used during work hours except for work-related purposes or in case of an emergency
- Professional conduct is required at all times – including respectful communication to patrons and a strong work ethic
- No daily pay requests – employees are expected to follow the company’s established payroll schedule (no exceptions). Don’t ask me at the end of each shift when you getting paid! It’s Fridays!
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and a team player

Qualifications:
- Previous HVAC experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- Basic knowledge of tools and HVAC systems

What I have here is a lil guy named Bradley.
Bradley was found at my feet near Bradley Street in Carrollton while on job .
Bradley is cute, loving and loves his syringe food.
Bradley has just began his journey into kindergarten and will soon, if going by Squirrel Years, will attend Georgia Institute of Technology, that’s GA Tech BTW, and will in fact become a Squirrel nest engineer. He will construct an all new home built for both comfort, safety and security, heated and cooled by Ploof Heating and Air, for all Squirrels to enjoy the comfort of a brand new affordable home.
