Roughing out these die shoe subplates with the Moldino high feed mill. Absolute awesome tool, amazing insert life and you can basically push it as hard as the machine will allow. Cant kill it!

Moldino high feed mill doing what its supposed to.... remove material at high rates of feed!

This setup was interesting to say the least, but I have nothing but great things to say about this AWEA AL660 machining center and the high feed mill its running. Roughed this 2.500" diameter by 3" deep bore in no time. Spindle load spiking at only 9%. Love it!!
