Good afternoon to you all in Wally world. How are you doing on this beautiful Friday afternoon couldn’t ask for a better day. To set three rooftop units went well had my electrician, Mr. Torres and Mr. Chris to do all the electrical hook ups job went nice and smooth. Customers are very satisfied with the performance that Sanchez mechanical Inc provided to them, so if you’re looking to get new RTU give me a call I’ll be more than happy to come out and give you a free estimate till then. I received a call from the Customer Friday afternoon indicating that his Furnace Stopped working, I told him that I can stop by later he said I need Heat his Wife is very Cold I Stopped by around 3:45 pm I checked the system very old Rheem with a standing pilot I check the system found the gas valve was shot’ in the blower motor was plugged up with hair mice f***s. I told him he needed to put this furnace to bed. He asked me how much and I told him he said when can I get it done. I told him Saturday 8 o’clock I told him I will also stop by and bring him some space heaters for his wife took care of the situation return Saturday morning I was done by 10:30 furnace and AC. he couldn’t believe the quality of work and the time that it took to complete the project I told him this was not my first rodeo, and certainly won’t be my last

What you’re looking at is a Blower Wheel that completely destroys the bottom of the secondary heat exchanger of a furnace that was not even four years old the company that came out prior to SMI said everything was good in their inspection. The customer called me and asked if I had time to swing by to take a look at their furnace. It was making a lot of noise when I got there I noticed the smell of burnt wiring I pulled the motor out and the blower wheel was completely destroyed. I ran my camera up underneath the secondary heat exchanger and this is what The blower wheel did to the secondary heat exchanger. Just FYI always get a second opinion before you have anybody come out to do a service and when they come and tell you everything‘s good to go and they’re not there longer than 15 minutes. Question them and make sure you fire up the system before they leave. Have a blessed day SMI.
