Not every plumbing repair means replacing expensive fixtures! Today, our crew at Blue Collar Plumbing LLC tackled a Kohler King George tub faucet with a price tag of nearly $4,000.

The diverter inside the faucet had failed, but instead of replacing the entire fixture, we sourced the proper rebuild kit and successfully rebuilt the internal components. The result? The faucet is now operating exactly as it should, saving the homeowner thousands of dollars.

Today our crew at Blue Collar Plumbing & Heating LLC had the opportunity to work alongside Next Level Renovations on a bathroom remodel project.

We converted an existing tub to a shower, preparing for a custom Schluter® Kerdi tile shower pan installation. We also replaced corroded copper water lines with new PEX piping for a double sink setup. The shower diverter was provided by Next Level Renovations as part of the renovation package.

We’d like to thank Next Level Renovations for the opportunity to be part of this project. We appreciate the partnership and look forward to working together again in the future!

We installed 1-1/2” steel gas piping to make sure the line is properly sized not only for the pizza oven, but also large enough to handle a generator hookup down the road for future expansion.

Today on the job with Blue Collar plumbing LLc in Asbury Park 🚰🔧

This apartment had major drainage issues with the toilet, sink, and tub not draining properly. After opening everything up, we found the existing cast iron piping in the ceiling was back pitched to the toilet, sink, and tub — causing the drainage problems throughout the apartment.

We removed the faulty cast iron piping and replaced it with new PVC piping from the tub, toilet, sink, and kitchen sink all the way to the cast iron vertical stack to ensure proper flow and drainage.

We also installed a brand new toilet because the existing one was falling apart and had severely rusted hardware that could not be reused.

Another plumbing issue solved the right way 💪
