Adams Contracting, Inc is hiring for an Office/Project Administrator to provide the following support:

Employee Relations:
Imputing Time Cards
Union Paperwork
Employee Files
PPE orders

Project Organization:
Maintaining Project Files
Insurance Requests
Pre-Qualification Packets
Project Submittals
Job Costs

Record Keeping:
Maintaining Vehicle & Equipment Records
Invoice Logs

Other Administrative Duties Related to include but not limited to:
• Handling office tasks such as filing
• Inventory and reordering of office supplies
• Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mail distribution
• Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft
• Scanning documents
• Organization of company events, meetings, conferences, and celebrations.
• Travel Arrangements

Experience:
• Proven experience in office and/or project administration.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
Adams Contracting office is located in Buckeye, Arizona (ability to commute)
Position: 40 hours a week
Company Size: 10 to 15 employees
