Don't forget to change those air filters.. your unit will be running a lot in these temps and needs adequate airflow to be efficient, capable, and prevent freeze-ups. If you are interested in a media filtration unit such as the one pictured, reach out. They allow filtration up to MERV 13 without affecting air flow- less allergens, better airflow, and last 6-12 months. It's very satisfying installing these because I know the many advantages these deliver in equipment performance, longevity, and air quality.

New furnace and air conditioner for this customer. We found their existing furnace to be oversized, causing excessive cycling that led to decreased comfort and efficiency as well as a noisy system. The new smaller furnace now sits on a return box, allowing return air to enter the furnace from not only the side, but the bottom as well, which ultimately results in less energy usage and a quieter system. We just stocked up on a few common parts in preparation for the coming heat. While I can't always compete with some of the advertised A/C clean and checks, for I feel that it's a numbers game that depends on finding a problem or up-selling, the only numbers I can promise are affordable repairs and options.. For example, a common service call for a faulty capacitor will be $150- that's total..and I'll ensure your system is operating at its' best.
