Project Completion!

We’re proud to announce the completion of Janicki Building 12 in Hamilton, WA — a 180,000+ SF aerospace manufacturing facility delivered through a 23-month design-build effort.

Built to support Janicki Industries’ growing advanced manufacturing operations, the facility includes expanded cleanroom capacity, major manufacturing systems, mass timber elements, and a 500-kW solar array.

Thank you to Janicki and the entire project team for helping bring this complex, high-impact facility to life. The completed project is expected to support approximately 350 new jobs in the region.

Chad Fisher Construction officially breaks ground on GuardWell RV & Boat Storage in Mount Vernon, Washington!

Conveniently located along the I-5 corridor, this new facility will provide easy access and secure storage for RVs, boats, trailers, and adventure vehicles!

We are honored to partner on this exciting project as they expand their business with their second RV & Boat Storage location. It's always rewarding to help bring a client's vision to life and support their continued growth.

Project Completion!
