This project was an undertaking!

Started with a shingle roof with 3 layers of shingles on it, one right on top of another..

We couldn’t have that and the homeowner wanted a roof to last a life time and we delivered!

Removed the existing shingles, did an entire decking replacement to support our new roof system, Then installed a beautiful Galvalume 24 ga Standing seam metal roof!

Safe to say these are the transformations we strive for, and this homeowner will have a roof for a lifetime! Next up-Siding and windows!

Today we helped a homeowner out with a leaking front porch on their in law suite!

The existing porch roof had no underlayment whatsoever, and the improper material installed in the first place.

We were able to take care of this customer to correct the leaks on his front porch so they can enjoy it without getting wet!

Removed 3 tab shingles, 2 sheets of decking that were rotted from water leaks & installed some nice low-slope rolled roofing. This customer wont be having to worry about anymore leaks this rain season or for a long time to come!

Final and complete update on this beautiful upgrade we had the pleasure of working on!

Upgraded architectural roof installed✅
New 5” gutter system installed✅
Solar screens fabricated and installed ✅

For an added touch we went ahead and added solar screens on the front porch as well, and man it made the upgraded front door really stand out!
