This was about 4 years ago at the Lake of the Ozarks but it is still our coolest and nicest project yet. When the customer got his plans put together he found out because of crazy COVID prices he could go to an Amish sawmill and get everything cut out of solid oak for cheaper than typical retail store lumber which made the project much harder but way cooler in our opinion. Every rafter, purlin, girt and even the ridge and overhead beam were made out of oak so the lumber was heavy and the post for inside the building and the deck were made from cedar so we fabricated some brackets for them but it got him the awesome custom/rustic look he was going for! We put up the shell, deck and the roof with no equipment besides an old Massey Ferguson tractor for the overhead beam and scaffolding for the rafters and ridge beam and had to use fall harnesses tied off to trees to do the roof but the customer did all the exterior siding, woodwork and trim work his self and it turned out amazing. After we completed that project we came back out and helped him get rid of his old fireplace and remodel the living room.

Post frame 30x36 building for a couple out in Belle, MO. A wider truss span means saving some money on the amount of trusses needed so that’s what we did for them. Sure do like that ocean blue color!

This was some nice flooring we layed for a customer awhile back unfortunately they called last month and something happened to their air conditioning in the garage and it flooded into the basement which ruined the planks so we had to rip it up it was a shame as it turned on really nice!
