BATHROOM REMODELING

Typically, homes that were built after the 60s-70s experience a number of issues that require almost immediate repairs, often ranging from the presence of lead or asbestos to leaks and water damage in the bathrooms or kitchen, all of which involve remodeling costs.

COUNTERTOP INSTALLATION -Work on progress
(Calacatta Quartz)

In this project, we used slabs of Calacatta Quartz similar in appearance to Calacatta marble with dramatic gray veining.

The advantage of using Calacatta quartz, rather than marble, is that it offers the beauty of marble and the durability of quartz. At a much lower price, the texture of Calacatta quartz can offer you the same look like marble with the added advantage of strength and durability. Due to the non-porous nature of quartz, it is resistant to stains and scratches. Unlike classic marble or granite, it does not need to be sealed, which means it is easy to maintain. Due to this advantageous nature; this qualified white quartz surface is favorable for countertops, kitchens, backsplash.

KITCHEN REMODELING
(Work on progress)

On these days, the idea of remodeling our house would be total chaos and just thinking that we will have to deal with different contractors and the delays that this entails makes us wait or give up our desire to remodel.
In addition, it is sometimes frustrating the lack of seriousness with which some companies or people act and the lack of professionalism when executing the tasks.

That is why, thinking about this situation, we have been able to create a team with extensive knowledge in the civil code of construction in California and thus be able to offer a comprehensive service that includes plumbing, electrical, floor installation, painting, countertops, and many other tasks that are part of the construction so you don´t have to wait or deal with different people.

In this case (below), the current remodeling project is carried out as follows.

1. Demolition of all old cabinets and floor.
2. Leveling the surface for the new floor.
3. Gas and water lines are moved to a new position.
4. The design of the new cabinets is generated.
5. Removed old lights and installed a fan in the ceiling center with lights in 4 new positions.
6. Engineered flooring is installed.
7. Installation of the appliances.
8. Cabinet installation and painting, hardware installation.
9. Countertops and backsplash installation.
10. Wall painting.

Although this work is still in progress, it has allowed us to cover several areas without delay, thus achieving the total satisfaction of my client. Other areas have been derived from this work which we have been including as an extra part without affecting our performance with our other clients.
