Our team was contacted to address an issue with a customer's Goodman heat pump. Our solution was to replace the said heat pump with a Trane air conditioner to ensure that they would continue to enjoy efficient cooling and heating in their home. We noticed, however, that the wire from the breaker panel was not providing the correct voltage. Calling in an electrician was the next step we took to rectify this problem, ensuring the customer's new air conditioning system received the appropriate power supply. It was a seamless operation as we seamlessly worked together to promptly and effectively fix the customer's heating and cooling concerns.

The homeowner reached out to us with concerns about their Goodman condenser underperforming. In response, we promptly performed a comprehensive maintenance on the unit. Our examination identified an out-of-spec capacitor which we swiftly replaced. We also conducted a thorough check on the refrigerant. We're pleased to report that all other components of the unit appear to be functioning well after our intervention. We consider our job not merely to fix the problem but to also ensure our clients feel confident in the performance of the machines we service.
