From worn-out flooring to a brand-new commercial space.

For this tenant improvement project, we partnered with JLC Floors to completely transform the space from the ground up.

Here’s what went into this installation:
✔️ Demo and removal of the existing LVP
✔️ Concrete grinding to remove old adhesive and prepare the substrate
✔️ Floor skim coat to create a smooth, flat surface
✔️ Installation of new commercial glue-down luxury vinyl plank (LVP)

From a plain wall to a custom statement piece.

This project started as a standard painted wall and was transformed with a hand-applied microcement finish, creating a warm, modern texture that completely changes the feel of the room.

For this project we installed:
✔️ 2 base coats of microcement for a smooth, flat finish
✔️ Protective acrylic sealer to help resist everyday scuffs, furniture marks, and wear
✔️ Custom-built floating shelves, handcrafted and installed by us to complete the space

One of the lesser often things we do, but we finished this Pickleball court right before we left for vacation! We included a 3 point basketball line, and a free throw dash for the basketball hoop.

We used the PickleMaster system to create a durable, high-performance playing surface built to withstand heavy play and the elements. Proper surface preparation and quality materials make all the difference, and we’re proud of how this court turned out. We were even able to add additional underlayment for a softer footfall.

This handcrafted dining table + matching bench are finished in fiber-reinforced microcement, giving that soft, natural concrete look without the bulk of solid concrete. The result is a smooth, seamless, sculptural piece that feels modern, minimal, and high-end.
