Malloy Exteriors, LLC Malloy Exteriors specializes in all services related to exterior home construction. Please feel free Malloy Exteriors was founded in October of 2019.

These services include, but are not limited to: gutter installation, siding, roofing, door/window installation, soffit & fascia, stucco, and framing. eveloped over the course of 10+ years working side by side with his dad and uncle as he learned the ins & outs of everything construction related. Having such strong familial ties to the trade, he quickly learned the importance of a strong work ethic coupled with a deep sense of integrity and attention to detail in order to provide the best services possible for the clients he has always been so eager to satisfy. His outgoing nature has allowed him an excellent opportunity to connect with his clientele to ensure the highest level of satisfaction in his work. Having been exposed to so many aspects of the industry, he has personally witnessed the importance of doing a job well and doing it right in order to insure the utmost safety and well-being of his clients and their loved ones. Having a family of his own, he is attuned to the fact that one’s home is their place of refuge. Here at Malloy Exteriors we believe it is of the utmost importance to be able to trust your contractor and we will do everything we can to ensure that sense of trust and peace of mind. Hayes’ work is his livelihood- he takes his work seriously and maintains that a passion for the trade is absolutely necessary in order to deliver the best service possible. His work ethic and integrity are rooted in the fact that his clients trust him to complete their projects in a way that reflects their aesthetic expectations while being functional and abiding by the required standards of safety. Another gutter job in the books! This was a job we did in Bloomington, MN. This was a 6” gutter with 3x4 downspout all white. 6” gutter is the biggest gutter our machine can make. We can do 5” and 6” in our machine. We also put screening on this job as well. The job turned out awesome and the homeowner was happy with our work and that’s all that matters to me!!

Here is a little roofing job I did in Cannon Falls, MN. This job was done for a family friend. It was leaking where the addition connects to the house. So I had to tare off all the existing metal flashing. Than I went over everything with 2 layers of ice and water since the pitch was so low and than I ran another row of ice and water up the wall run going behind the siding. After I got everything dried in I shingled it using GAF charcoal timberline shingles. After I got it all shingled I used some coil metal to make my own flashing and went behind the siding with the metal and underneath the shingles so all water would shed properly!! It all turned out amazing and now there is no leaks going into the house and I was very happy with how it turned out.

Just installed new ladder rack!! Super excited not to have to take them off/ put them on the trailer anymore!! Also excited I don’t have to haul the gutter machine trailer with me to every job considering I don’t always need the gutter machine/trailer for every job I get! All around it makes life so much easier absolutely loving it!!

We are 100% done with the siding/roofs/flat roofs/gutters/ and party walls in Minnetonka, MN. It’s been a huge project a couple months in the making! So glad we are all done and everything turned out amazing! We just finished the screening on all the gutters that go underneath the decks that have the flat roofs underneath. Cool concept we came up with for the screening typically we slide the back of the screen underneath the shingles on the roof but since these go under a flat roof we had to take some F-J and install that over the hangers on the gutters and secure the back of the screen to the F-J. Turned out perfect and I am really happy with how this whole project turned out! Malloy Exteriors LLC!!!
