Started the morning with an emergency sewer backup. Customer hadn’t pumped their septic in 9 years and didn’t even know where the tank was located. We came out, used our camera system to locate the septic, excavated the inlet and outlet, and had Shell k**b Pumping there all before 1 PM — just in time for them to get back to enjoying the lake and their weekend.

We’ll be back soon to install risers and make future maintenance much easier. Another problem solved! 💪🪏
