Yesterday was a big day for us at Pilot! ✂️

We had our Chamber ribbon cutting for the opening of our office, and we just want to say thank you to everyone who came out to support us. It really meant a lot to see so many friends, family, and people from the community there.

The office remodel has been a project we’ve been working hard on, so it was great finally getting to open the doors and show everyone the space. We’re really proud of how it turned out and excited for what’s ahead.

Thanks again to everyone who stopped by to celebrate with us and to the Chamber for helping make it happen. We truly appreciate the support!

We are excited to share that Sierra Trading Post is scheduled to open the first week of October. Pilot Construction Solutions is proud to have represented the owners throughout this project and to help bring everything together for opening. We look forward to seeing the doors open and welcoming the community into this new space.

We are proud to share the completion of Parc Motor Club, a private destination built for the automotive enthusiast who expects more than just storage. The facility combines climate-controlled suites for world-class vehicles with a refined lounge environment created for connection and experience.

As the owner’s representative, our role was to manage every detail of the project on behalf of our client, protecting their vision, navigating the process, and ensuring the final product reflects the standard of excellence expected at this level.

Parc Motor Club now stands as a showcase of what can be achieved when precision, trust, and passion for design come together.

“Outside of work, I enjoy dirt track racing, mechanic work and being on the lake.”

“What motivates me is seeing things come together. I like knowing that what I’m working on makes a difference and seeing all the moving parts finally line up.”

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
“Rely on discipline, not motivation. Motivation can come and go, but discipline keeps you moving forward every day.”

What advice would you give to someone just starting out in your role or industry?
“Ask questions, build relationships, and don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Every challenge is an opportunity to learn and improve.”

This week we had the opportunity to lead a tour for youth enrolled in the Club’s summer program, the future users of the space.

It was a meaningful moment to connect the work in progress with the kids it’s being built for. This facility represents more than just a building, it reflects a long-term investment in opportunity, growth, and community.

Exciting progress is being made at the new Regional Workforce Development Teen Center in Poplar Bluff, for Boys and Girls Club of the Heartland!

The sheathing and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) are complete, and crews are currently working on the roofing, fascia, and soffit. Interior framing is scheduled to begin next week. We’re proud to be part of a project that will serve the youth of this community for generations to come!
