The last two days have been some major repairs on hvac equipment. Yesterday , A compressor, filter dryer , contactor and cap replacement for a customer in shermansdale! today a condenser coil replacement for a customer in boiling springs . You have to love the service field.

Very very hot out the last two days. We have been doing service work and saving a lot of older units not to mention losing a lot of hydration through sweat lol 😂. Also by the way attics on days like today are not fun 😆

Emergency baseboard/boiler piping repairs so the contractors can get in and repair / redo the damaged floors for our customer .

Sunday we found a dead in the water heat pump . Completely out of refrigerant . So today on “good Friday” we did an emergency change out . Removed the old units and installed a new ducane heat pump condenser, air handler , and back up heat package for our customer in shermansdale. Now to enjoy the Easter holiday weekend and back to the grind next week.

Emergency boiler repair . Someone had the temp settings well over 210° … the circulator pump failed completely and the automatic fill valve failed as well. New fill valve , circulator , gaskets, fl**ge, small section of return piping and added a shut off valve and purge valve. Now it can be easily purged and serviced in the future . Now the pressures and temps look much better as well once it was set properly 👌

Today we removed a old sooted up Miller 80% furnace and installed a new Airtemp 95% propane furnace for our customer in newville .
