Changed a rotten wood door with a nice steel door. Ended up having to cut 2” to nothing on both sides of the block to make it plumb. Then reinforced and lifted the roof so it didn’t sag where the old door was. Thankful for repeat customers and their kind words

This Kitchen addition dropped about 1-3/4” to 2-1/4” mostly on one side and cut waterlines in half. After the homeowner rigged a couple beams to keep it from falling more I was able to go under and pour high psi concrete pads 7”x16”x24” with rebar pinned in the ground and lift the addition back up with a 3 layered 2x10 beam. After it was fixed we insulated and added a moisture barrier to lower the heating/cooling bills.
