Today, we’re wearing pink. 💗

As we close out Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our team came together to show our support for everyone affected by breast cancer. Whether we've battled it ourselves or stood beside someone we love who has, and seeing our whole company show up in pink today was truly moving.

We’re strong because of the people who show up. From the offices to the presses, shipping, quality, and every one of our amazing people on the floor, today we stand together for the fighters, the survivors, and the families who walk alongside them.

We show up together, we work together, we laugh together, and we’re proud to be part of a company that supports us and allows us to grow together.

When the storms rolled through, our team still had to move between the warehouse and the yard. Wet steps are where a lot of workplace falls happen, but not with our grating.

What a week in New Orleans!

The IGP team had an incredible time at at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, joining more than 23,000 water professionals from around the world for the largest annual water quality conference.

A few highlights from our time on the ground:
💡 Exploring the latest innovations from exhibitors on the show floor
🤝 Reconnecting with partners and meeting so many new faces
🏆 Cheering on the teams competing in the Operations Challenge, where the skill and teamwork on display were truly impressive
WEFTEC's theme says it best: this is where water people find their people. We're leaving New Orleans energized, inspired, and full of ideas (and maybe a few too many beignets 😄).

A huge thank you to the Water Environment Federation for hosting such a well-run event, and to everyone who connected with us. We can't wait to keep these conversations going!
