Same building. 25 more years of life.

When this facility manager called us, she was being quoted for a full tear-off and replacement...$400,000+. Our team found 60% of the membrane was still sound. The real problem was isolated to the drain fields and a failed pe*******on seal.

Result: a targeted restoration at a fraction of the cost. Zero business interruption. 25-year roof life extension.

We could have pushed for the replacement, but we didn't, because our crews are employee-owners, and we do what's right for the building, not what's right for the invoice.

Hand checking roof seams? We’d like to see AI try.

It can’t tell you when your roof will leak next.

It can’t perform a highly detailed roof inspection to identify developing failures.

It can’t assess membrane condition or structural integrity by texture.

Commercial roofing will always require hands-on expertise to diagnose causes of complex roof failures, make judgement calls, and respond in emergency settings!
