WHY PAY JUST FOR US TO SHOW UP?

At T&M Mechanical, we believe you should pay for the repair — not just for us to show up.

🔧 Small repairs: Our service call/diagnostic fee is waived when you approve and proceed with the repair. $99 fee if repair is turned down

The reason we have to charge a diagnostic fee when a small repair is not accepted is simple: we have to protect the time and resources it takes to properly diagnose the problem. If we diagnosed every small repair for free and customers simply used our diagnosis to purchase parts online and complete the repair themselves, we wouldn’t be able to continue providing the level of service we do for the people who genuinely need us.

🔧 Major repairs: NO SERVICE CALL OR DIAGNOSTIC FEE — even if you decide not to proceed.

We understand that a major repair can be an unexpected and difficult expense. We don’t believe you should have to pay an additional fee just because you need time to think about a major repair.

Our goal is simple: give you an honest diagnosis, explain your options, and let you make the decision that’s best for you.
