Hello All, Thanks for checking out my Next Phase in this crazy construction adventure! Deck Flip is my brain child to balance good design and budget. To offer a different kinda service for my neighbors, as i phase out of Sweat Equity Construction full time in summer of 2024.
I started my local construction career over 30 years ago, i started my first company here at the age of 29....that morphed into Sweat Equity. Now looking to the future as i near 28 years of being my own boss, I'm looking to slow down and bit and get creative!
Over the last 3 decades i have gathered a lot of creative solutions and cool products that i want to share with my neighbors in this next phase. A way to quickly transform their space with high end materials, that do not have to break the bank.
I want to help create a inviting space for friends & neighbors, eliminating that closed in feel and look of warn out Bla Bla wood pickets. We now off a VERY cost effective way to install Stainless Steel cables, Galv metal tubes or panels and a Brand New product, that is a structural screen! Works on screened porches OR a regular deck for folks looking for a wide open, non obscured view!
